Paragon's Loss Control System
Virtually all Insurance companies have Loss Control programs aimed not only at verifying the degree of risk for underwriting purposes, but also at assisting their clients in identifying areas of high risk and setting up action plans to reduce the likelihood of a loss occurring.
An essential part of these programs are the on-site inspections, carried out by staff or sub-contracted professionals, and the resulting Inspection Reports. Many companies retain Inspection Reports on paper, or as Word or Excel files. These files can be difficult to track, can sometimes be lost and often become outdated without triggering a re-inspection.
In order to prvide a centralized method of managing inspection reports, Paragon developed a browser-based application, which provides a database of Inspection information.
