In today's economy, companies are reducing staff levels in order to be cost effective. At the same time, highly skilled I/T resources are in great demand. How do you augment your existing I/T staff when the number of initiatives outnumber the resources available?

We are sensitive to the fact that all of your resourcing needs may not be met by a single approach. As a result we offer a "one-stop" approach to I/T resourcing.

1. Contract Positions. If you require an individual for a period of time, we will provide certified individuals for a competitive hourly fee to work with your team.
2. Project Assignments. If you have a project that you would like to have completed for you, we will take full responsibility for the successful completion of the project. Your staff can work as part of our team so that the necessary knowledge transfer takes place.
3. Recruiting. If you are looking to hire a full-time permanent resource, we can put you in touch with qualified individuals. As a consulting firm we interview a great number of people and maintain a large database of contacts. While they are highly-qualified and capable individuals, they may simple not be cut out for the role of consulting. Our reference fees are much lower than those of traditional recruiting firms.
